We provide music education (the AI Music Academy and live classes), digital music products (downloads, stems, exclusive content), and related online content.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including: unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringing intellectual property, distributing malware, scraping, probing, or otherwise interfering with security or normal operation.

6. Intellectual property

All content, software, branding, course material, and audio we provide is owned by Bea Powerful Production or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment within the plan or product you purchased. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer it.

7. User content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.

8. Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.

9. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

11. Service availability

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated policy violations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Educational content is provided for general guidance, not professional advice.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages such as loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence).

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your user content, unlawful use, or breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
